What We Inspect and Why
A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.

Meet Your Inspector
TIM BRONK
My wife and I enjoy living in Montana and spending time with our children and grandchildren, and taking advantage of the many sights and outings the state has to offer. From 32 years of experience as an Industrial Arts teacher and school administrator, I have gained valuable knowledge teaching construction and inspecting and supervising maintenance and construction in school facilities. I am an InterNACHI® Certified Home Inspector. I enjoy sharing my knowledge about how a home or building works, how to save energy, and how to best maintain residential and commercial properties.
We Educate Our Clients
Following the home inspection, we will show you how everything in your house works, how to maintain it, and how to save home energy. Scientific evidence demonstrates a solid relationship between housing conditions and human health. I will make sure your home supports your health.
